Emotional Intelligence EQ Test
Emotional Intelligence is one of the key concepts of modern management. Indeed, the "logical" intelligence is not enough when it comes to managing people and being effective in the corporate world. - QUESTIONNAIRE
The questionnaire consists of 97 questions, 85 questions are on a scale 1 to 4 points and remaining 12 are in forced choice format with 3 options (the respondent is required to select one that is most like him and one that is least like him.)
The time required to take the test is estimated at 15 to 20 minutes. As with all personality tests, this test is not timed.
